Food Bank collections in our Delhaize stores

On Friday 22 May and Friday 2 October 2026, the Food Banks will be present in several Delhaize and Proxy stores across Luxembourg to organise a major food donation drive.

On these days, you will have the opportunity to make a simple and meaningful gesture by adding a few extra products to your usual shopping and donating them to the volunteers present in store.

How can you take part?

While doing your shopping, you can choose one or more products to donate and hand them over to the Food Bank volunteers after checkout.

The collected products will then be redistributed to support people and families who need them most.

What products can you donate?

The most suitable products are non-perishable items that are easy to store and redistribute, such as:

• Canned food
• Pasta, rice, couscous
• Legumes
• Breakfast products
• Hygiene products
• Baby products
• Long shelf-life food items

Every donation matters, no matter how small.
