No longer want to receive paper receipts for your in‑store purchases? You can now indicate in your app or here on the website that you only wish to receive digital receipts, in all our stores.
- How? Nothing could be easier!
- Access your profile via the app
- Click on « My receipts »
- Select « Digital receipt only »
Did it work? You can now view all your receipts immediately after your purchases via the Delhaize Lu app. You can view them for 1 year on the website and for 3 months in the app. Still prefer to receive a paper receipt? You can reactivate it in the same place. Don’t worry about savings actions — you will still receive your stamps even without a paper receipt.
