How can you earn points?

There are several ways to earn points. You can earn points thanks to discount vouchers you receive. But above all, you will earn points through your shopping basket.

Where can you find your points balance?

In 2 places! At the bottom of your receipt and in your Delhaize Luxembourg app.

How can you redeem your points?

Click on ‘Points’ in the app and redeem your points for products or a €5 discount! You can also redeem your points at the dedicated terminal in your store.

• I redeem my points for a product
  Activate the product in the app. Then pick up the product in-store. At checkout, the product will not be charged. Is your product unavailable? No worries: once your product is activated, you have 14 days to collect it in-store. Changed your mind and want a different product? Simply deactivate your choice and recover your points.
• I redeem my points for a €5 discount
  Activate your discount in the app. Check your SuperPlus credit: you will see that your €5 has been added. You now have 3 months to use your discount in-store. It is not possible to deactivate your €5 voucher — so make sure to use it quickly!

You have 2 years to redeem the points you have earned. After this period, your points will be lost. Please note: if you are not registered, your points will expire faster (after 6 months) and you will not be able to recover them.
