I lost my card / I need a new card

What should I do?

If you lose your card and want to obtain a new physical one, request it in-store. You can then easily link the new card to your customer profile yourself via the app. You will find the steps to follow at the bottom of this article.

App

  1. Open the Delhaize app and go to “Profile” > “My SuperPlus card”.
    Select “Link a new card”.
  2. Tap “Confirm”. After this, your new card is linked. Your points and benefits are automatically transferred, and your old card is deactivated.
