I lost my card / I need a new card
What should I do?
If you lose your card and want to obtain a new physical one, request it in-store. You can then easily link the new card to your customer profile yourself via the app. You will find the steps to follow at the bottom of this article.
App
- Open the Delhaize app and go to “Profile” > “My SuperPlus card”.
Select “Link a new card”.

- Tap “Confirm”. After this, your new card is linked. Your points and benefits are automatically transferred, and your old card is deactivated.
