We believe in a "Speak Up" culture where everyone feels comfortable and encouraged to share concerns or issues, ask questions, and report any potential wrongdoing. This is one of our Ethical Principles: We have the courage to speak up.

The "Speak Up" policy provides further information on how to report wrongdoing and the protection measures in place.

We encourage everyone to report any wrongdoing by contacting a local or global Ethics & Compliance representative or by using the "Speak Up" hotline.
